Resumes, built from evidence

More interviews from work you’ve already done.

Every other tool writes your resume from a blank page and your memory. This one assembles it from work you logged and confirmed — so each line traces back to something real, and nothing is invented.

Why that is hard

You cannot write down what you cannot remember.

A resume is only as good as the record behind it, and almost nobody keeps one — not from laziness, but because writing about yourself weekly with no immediate payoff is a habit that does not survive a busy quarter. So the record gets built at the exact moment it is most expensive to build, and the same gap shows up in four different rooms.

  1. 01

    Review week

You have two days to reconstruct eight months, so you write what you can remember — which is mostly the last three weeks.

  2. 02

    The promotion case

Your manager asks for evidence of scope. You know it exists. You cannot find it, and the threads where it happened scrolled away months ago.

  3. 03

    A manager change

The person who saw you do the work has left. Your history now depends on someone else remembering it for you.

  4. 04

    The day you leave

Your performance history lives in your company’s HR system. It does not come with you.

Four rooms, one missing thing. The resume is simply the room with a deadline — which is why it is the one people notice.

How it works

You confirm. We do the writing.

The record that makes a good resume has to already exist when you need it. Every tool that asks you to sit down and compose one fails for the same reason. This one drafts from what you already did and leaves you the part that takes a moment — so by the time you need a resume, the evidence is there.

  1. It drafts from your actual work

Connect GitHub and merged pull requests become candidate wins — title, metric, and a link to the PR, already filled in.

GitHub today. More sources as they earn their place.

  2. You confirm in seconds

A short weekly review: keep, edit, or dismiss. Confirming is one tap, and it is the only step the habit depends on.

The whole ritual is built to take about 90 seconds.

  3. You add what code cannot see

The mentoring, the design review you turned around, the incident you ran. Type a rough note and it comes back structured — your numbers untouched.

Nothing is invented. Figures are copied, never generated.

The constraints

Not what we measured. What we guarantee.

Every one of these is enforced in code rather than promised in a prompt, which is the only version of a guarantee worth printing.

What the log becomes

One record. Every conversation about your career.

The log is not the product — it is the input. Everything below is generated from the same confirmed evidence, which is why the numbers agree with each other.

Review and promotion packets

Six or twelve months of confirmed wins, grouped into themes and written into a document you can hand to a manager. Every line traces back to a win you confirmed.

Free plan includes a brag doc; paid plans add performance-review and promotion formats.

Level readiness

Upload your company’s leveling rubric and see your wins mapped against it — including the competencies where the evidence is thin.

“One instance of cross-team influence in eight months” is a more useful sentence than a score.

A weekly ritual that maintains itself

A short digest of what we noticed, and a monthly review written only from what you confirmed. If a paragraph cannot be grounded in the log, it is dropped rather than padded.

Nothing is generated about a month you did not log.

A resume assembled from evidence

When you do search, the resume is built from dated, evidence-linked wins instead of a blank page and your memory — then scored for ATS parsing before you send it.

Tools that only show up at search time start from nothing.

Apply without retyping

The browser extension fills applications from your profile, drafts the long-form answers, and remembers them — so the second time a form asks why you want to work somewhere, it is already answered.

Saved answers match by meaning, not exact wording.

Truthfulness

A record is worthless if you can’t defend it.

You are going to put this in front of your manager, or a hiring panel, and be asked follow-up questions. So the constraint is not that the writing sounds good — it is that every sentence survives someone asking “where did that come from?”

“I stabilised payments by migrating off the legacy queue in four waves, and fixing the duplicate-webhook bug that double-charged 38 accounts.”

Every claim traces to a win

Each line of a generated packet carries the wins it came from. If a sentence has no source, it does not ship.

Numbers are copied, never invented

A generated document cannot contain a figure that is absent from your log. Output is checked against the source and stripped if it fails.

Confidential stays confidential

Wins you mark confidential are excluded from anything that leaves the product — filtered at the database, not by asking a model nicely.

Your record is yours

Never sold, never used to train a model. Downgrade and your history is hidden, never deleted.

Questions

The things you’d ask before trusting this.

Do I have to write something every week?

No — that is the failure mode we designed around. Merged pull requests come back as drafted wins with the title, metric and link already filled in, and your job is to keep, edit or dismiss them. Writing is the fallback for the things code cannot see, not the mechanism.

What can it draft from today?

GitHub. That is the honest answer — one source, working properly, rather than a list of logos where most of the connectors are aspirational. Anything else goes in as a rough note and comes back structured, with your numbers untouched.

Can it invent a number to make me look better?

It cannot. A generated document is checked against the log it was built from, and any figure that is not present in the source is stripped before the document reaches you. A claim that cannot be positively grounded resolves to “needs confirmation” — never to “grounded”. Errors and timeouts resolve downward, not upward.

Some of my work is confidential. What happens to it?

Wins you mark confidential are excluded from anything that leaves the product — resumes, packets, application answers. The filter runs in the database query that fetches the evidence, so confidential work is never in the material a model sees. We do not ask a model politely to skip it.

Is my work sold, or used to train models?

Neither. Not sold, not used as training data. The record is the asset you are building, and the entire premise falls apart if it is also quietly someone else’s.

What if I am not looking for a job?

Then you are the person this is actually for. The resume is the moment with a deadline, which is why it leads the page — but the record is what pays off at review time, at a promotion case, and on the day your manager changes and the person who saw you do the work is gone.

What happens to my history if I stop paying?

It is hidden, never deleted. Downgrading turns off the paid surfaces; your wins, evidence and confirmations stay exactly where they are, and come back untouched if you return.

What does it cost?

Keeping the log is free and always will be. Beyond that we are not publishing a price list yet — write to jaimauryatech@gmail.com with what you are trying to do and we will tell you plainly, including if the free tier already covers it.

Keeping the record costs nothing and always will. Losing your history is the problem this exists to solve, so putting it behind a card would be self-defeating.
